Every tenancy is subject to contract, clear funds & terms and conditions apply before start of the tenancy.

Tenants also responsible for all household bills like Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water, Telephone & Internet (if you have one). 

All rental payments must be paid on due date.

Ways to pay your rent: Standing Order from your Bank Account, BACS Payment (Bankers' Automated Clearing Services),

Cash & Cheque payments (Subject to source of payment)

Note: We do not have a Credit / Debit Card payment facility.
